I pay self emp. tax/Federal/SS/ Medicare wife had withheld/I don't see my wife's SS tax/Medicare in prepaid line. Is it elsewhere/how do I add it?

they are on her w-2 but not in total paid How do I add them?

If you entered them on her W2, they do not get added anywhere else.  SS/Medicare are handled differently on a tax return for a person who is self-employed versus a person who is an employee. The amount the self-employed person pays is more and is also reported on Schedule SE.  

As long as an employee has the correct amount withheld, there is nothing extra to report on your tax return.
