Are you in the same account in which you paid previously?

What is it asking you to pay for?

You appear to be using Self-Employed Edition. Is that what you paid for previously, or did you upgrade after you paid? Or did you add a state return since you paid, or any option such as MAX benefits?

Can I use Turbotax to file an amended return for 2020 if I didn't use Turbotax to file the original return?
