I owe you money, how do I pay you?

I chose to have my fees taken from my return, but when it came time for my return, it was garnished because I owe money elsewhere. Now I need to pay the fee out of pocket. Help.

Did you not get an email explaining how to pay the fees  to avoid the automatic debit to your account ?

When you chose the Refund Processing Service to deduct your fees from your federal tax refund, you agreed to let us debit the fees from your account in the event your refund was insufficient to cover the fees.

It says my order number could not be found, so that just mean it was debited to my account.
