I ordered the live premier package by mistake rather than the standard premier. I did not use any live features. Can I get the live price removed without starting over?

NOTE: If it does require you to "clear and star over", then don't do it yet. You could consider downloading your *.tax2018 data file to a desktop product (CD/download) and finishing it and filing it with the desktop software without starting over. I can tell you more if you want to move from the Online version to the desktop version.
