I only have $40 income total in 2019 from cleaning kitchen cabinets, pantries, and fridge. Do I free file in Intuit or deluxe edition for selfemployed as other income?

Since it is technically self-employment income, you would need Deluxe. You will not pay SE tax on such a small amount, however.
