I normally do not file taxes because of my disability,but received form 1095-B do i have to file for this reason?

your system keeps showing can not e-file because of problem with all zeroes must file by male but will not let me print either what is wrong?

No, you do not need to file. It is only  informational purposes and does not create any impact on your tax return. 

Form 1095-B provides information needed to report on your income tax return that you, your spouse (if you file a joint return), and individuals you claim as dependents had qualifying health coverage (referred to as “minimum essential coverage”) for some or all months during the year.
