I never got a vocher to pay my state taxes that I owe. Can I call to pay my taxes? If so, what number do I call and what all do I need ?

The best thing to do go to your state's department of revenue or taxation website and pay online. That way you ensure the payment has been made to your taxpayer account and can get a receipt showing when and how much taxes were paid.
