We need to first determine which Support avenue you qualify for.

 

What product are you using/used for your 2018 return--Online TurboTax or desktop version (CD/download)?     If the online version, which edition--Free, Deluxe, Premier, etc.--and did you upgrade to TurboTax Live (Live Basic, Live Deluxe, Live Premier, etc.), which has on-demand contact with a CPA/EA tax expert and a final review of your return prior to filing?    If so, we can tell you how to schedule a call from a tax expert.

 

However, does your issue have to do with the question you asked a few days ago at this link, about getting copies of your 2017 Federal and state returns?
