I need to file for my 88 year old mother. How can i do that under my current sign in?

You can create another account that is associated with your email.

1. Sign out of TurboTax Online.
2. Select the TurboTax Online product you want to use for the second return and proceed.

1. On the Create your account screen, set up a new login for the second return.
   
2. You can reuse your email address if you want to receive e-file notifications for the second return.

• Up to 5 accounts can be tied to the same email address.

1. After you've created the new account, you can start working on the second return.
2. Tip: If you're preparing multiple returns for family members, it's more economical to switch to the TurboTax CD/Download software, which lets you e-file up to 5 federal returns at no additional cost. More info

This doesn't seem to work for me.  When I try to create a new account, it states there is already an account associated with my email. I only have one account currently so it should allow me to have 4 additional accounts. Please advise, thanks!

That seems to have changed this year to only 1 account for email address.

This is not allowed with the online version. It does not allow you to generate multiple filings. You forced to purchase a turbotax package.

Yes, each account in TurboTax Online does required a different email address. As indicated by VolvoGirl, follow the instructions provided and placed here again for your convenience. By creating a new account you can prepare a second return and you can use the same email address. You must use a different User ID for your second account.

Start another return in TurboTax Online by following the instruction and with a different email address:

1. Logging out if you are in your account
2. Choose what TurboTax Online product you want to use for the second return
3. Create your account screen
4. Set up a new login for the second return
5. Start working on the new return

Your new Login prompts you for an email, it does not prompt you to create a user id.  The only way to create a new account is with a new email. Once you create the new account, you are not allowed to use the original email or any codes to remove the fee.
