I need to file a tax return for Celia (my sister) because she passed 10/01/2022 and has stock income for 2023. We filed Turbo for many years now.

You do not file a 2023 tax return for someone who passed away in 2022.  Any income received received after her date of death would either be reported on an estate tax return, or reported by the person(s) that inherited her estate.  An estate tax return is filed using for 1041.  To learn more, see the following:
