I need to attach an Election to Amortize Bond Premium under Code Sec. 171(c) this year.

This election is not included in Turbotax. It's not under elections and it's not on the 1099-INT. As far as I know there is no way to attach a pdf or any other manually created form and still file electronically.

Expenditure amount, is that that amortize value for the year or total expense of the year I want to amortize?
