What is the name of the creditor?

I am not sure the creditor, we are filing taxes and it asked us for our 1099-c form.  I have not received any form indicating a debt being cancelled.  I do not know who the creditor is.

Do not enter the 1099-C until you have the information on the creditor.  That may mean you will have to amend your 2020 return if you do not have the information before you file 2020.
