I faxed in my 1095a and 8962 how long will it be before it is processed? 2-9-16

Faxed my 1095A in on the 02/23rd the irs answering service said it was put in the system on 02/29 today is 03/10 and the only change I have seen is that my tax topic152 is back and my $ amount is gone. Called the irs back on 03/07 and all he could say is why we're we calling back and it could be another 4 weeks. Is anyone else in my boat and do you know any more than I do about this process?  Thanks for any input

Just got what I would think is good news. I was able to order my account transcripts. I started by getting my tax topic152 back 10 days ago and I checked wmr this morning and it was the same old generic message your refund is still being processed. So I thought I would see if I could order my transcripts and it let me. Hope this is good. Really need the money.

I check WMR today and my refund amount disappeared. Does anyone know what this means? It was there yesterday. I faxed my information 3/2

@kim92493 I think it means your refund amount will change and or they are finally looking at it to get it approved.

Ok so I'm in the same boat, I filed on 1/27 and was accepted same day. Got my letter 2/23 faxed everything on 2/29. Spoke with a representative 3/7 was told it was received called back 3/11. They told me it was being processed and would see something this week coming up. How long after they start processing it will I get a refund date. They told me it was started earlier that week.

Have you gotten any kind of update yet? I filed on 1/29 and was accepted that same day, received the letter on about the 25th and I faxed my 1095A and 8962 on 3/1. I still havent seen any change on WMR and I still can't order my transcripts. I've seen people say it took about 2 weeks from faxing for their WMR to update, yet I'm at the 2 week mark and still see no change. Since you faxed your stuff a day before me, I'm hoping that an update for you will mean mine is coming soon as well.

I am on the same time frame as you okina.alford. I have a tax advocate helping me and she called yesterday to let me know my return is back in processing so I should be receiving an update soon! Please let me know if and when you get an update, and I will do the same 🙂

Thank you so much @okina.alford. This wait is absolutely ridiculous! What day did you send the fax to IRS? I sent mine in on 02/27, which was a Saturday. I'm going from the 29th.

I sent all my stuff on 2/26 and I just spoke to someone that said 3 more weeks! I don't think he even looked! The only change on wmr is my tax topic came back.

@ccoursey0625 I actually sent mine on 3/1. When I called to confirm receipt the lady would only tell me "If your fax machine said it went through, then we got it". This has been sooo frustrating. I wish to God I had never gotten that marketplace healthcare mess. I've never had this problem before. Then the frustration of not being able to get any accurate information! They just keep telling me that I have to wait 6 weeks! I think i'm gonna blow a gasket if these people don't give me my money soon!
