I mistakenly chose to pay 2024 Estimated Taxes and I would like to correct that to say "I do not want to pay 2024 Estimated taxes, I am not self-employed"

Not a big problem!

Just disregard the estimated tax vouchers that TurboTax will prepare. They aren't sent to the IRS.
