I'm ready to file my taxes, but I don't have an option to how I'm going to recieve my return. Why?

I am not sure why but I am here to help you. 

If the TurboTax program says you are going to get a refund, let's use this path to revisit the refund section:

In TurboTax online, 

• Sign back into the program, select Pick up where you left off
• To your left, select File
• Next screen, Your name, just three more steps and we'll file your return, select Start
• Follow the prompts to reach How do you want your refund.
