I'm not sure what to put in number 12, my w-2 says see instruction for box 12 but I'm not sure which code to select. This is my secondary job in which I do not have my insurance through.

Don't enter anything that isn't on the actual W-2 form that you got from the employer. If there are no entries in box 12 on your W-2, leave it empty in TurboTax.
