I'm helping my elderly parents. Mom and Dad filed jointly in 2022. Mom died in 2023. When I try to e-file for my Dad for 2023, I keep getting error messages about the AGI for Mom (which was the same as Dad). How do I fix this?

Since you have already tried the correct number and it was rejected, try using 0 for her AGI. If that is also rejected, you can retrieve that AGI from the IRS here, or print and mail in the tax return.
