I'm about to file my 2016 taxes next week, but once again my USAA discount is not shown. Last year i went ahead and filed and asked to have the discount amount refunded,
but they wouldn't allow it to be refunded after taxes were filed. Why doesn't turbotax use the 'apply discount code' option or verify accounts as USAA accounts and always apply the discount. Seems a little shady to make it nearly impossible for USAA members to actually receive their discount.

In order to apply one of these discounts, you must access TurboTax through your USAA account.
