I keep receiving Other Additions/Subtractions Stmt (225) Sch B Part 2 Code is not valid. will not allow me to file. How can I fix this?

What New York return are you filing

• Form IT-204, Partnership Return, or
• Form IT-205, Fiduciary Income Tax Return.
