I keep getting this after logging in "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again"

I can log in, it ports over last year's info then this. Any ideas?

I keep getting this after logging in "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again"

This error can occur for the following reasons:

  • if your internet security settings are set too high
  • TurboTax isn't set as trusted site
  • You're logged in on a different device with the same credentials

You can correct these issues by adjusting your internet security by following these steps:

  • open browser settings
  • select internet options
  • select security
  • update security settings to low
  • in security settings select trusted sites
  • add TurboTax to list
  • click close
