I keep getting the following error while trying to pay to file my amendment. Payment error Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again.

This loading error is usually caused by a temporary browser glitch or a timeout in the secure payment gateway.  To fix this, you should sign out of your account, clear your browser's cache and cookies, and then sign back in and try again.  Also, make sure that your billing address exactly matches the information on file with your credit card company.

 

If the issue persists, here are some additional things to try: 

  • Use a private or incognito window
  • Try another browser
  • Try another device
