I keep getting Reject Code F8962-070. Why?

I never received insurance through a HealthCare Marketplace so I don't understand this

Someone in the family had marketplace insurance and received APTC. Form 8962 is required to be filed.   Advance Premium Tax Credit (APTC)

Do you have Form 1095A? That needs to be entered into system to determine the eligible advanced premium tax credit. If you don’t have that form then revisit the Medical section of return and answer No when asked if you received Form 1095A and continue to save the information.
