It says to remove the zeros but when I do it does not fix the problem.

Consider deleting the IRS form 1095-A and re-entering without entering zeros.

At the screen Here's what we have for your 1095-A, delete the form by selecting the delete trashcan to the right.

Access IRS form 1095-A by following these steps:

To the left of the screen, click on Federal.
To the left of the screen, click on Deductions & credits.
To the right of Medical, click the down arrow.
Click Start or Revisit to the right of Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A).
