I just started a second job I filled out w-4 as it instructed about numerous jobs. Now I got paid from second job but no federal is being with held is that normal?

You need to contact your employer. 

You can use TaxCaster (still for 2021) to get an idea as to how much should be withheld in total.

@Anonymous_ @I did they sent me a copy of my w-4 and I filled out the w-4 as it instructed with the higher paid job and lower paid job and it looks all correct. I’m not making much from second job it’s half what I make at main job but they said it comes up that they don’t need to take it out according to the irs standards is there such a thing?

Perhaps a sufficient amount is being withheld.
