I just purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe on the TurboTax website. When I go to My Downloads I see this product but the large download button is inactive. How do I download?

Hi,

Need help downloading my product. Just purchased on TurboTax website and see the 2018 version of the product in MyDownloads. However, the download button is inactive. Is there a trick to this?

Do I need to wait some period of time after my purchase to download? I see the 2016 version of the product in there but that button is also inactive?

Can someone help? Tax deadline is looming!
