I just got married and I am wondering how I should change my withholding

I do not want any risk of owing taxes at the end of the year and would rather get a refund. We do not have any children. Thanks!

Then you might want to file a new W-4 choosing: "married but withhold at the higher single rate" and claim 0 exemptions.
