I installed turbo tax. It is setting in my downloads in 11 files. How do I move all these files into one and put them on my desk top?

How did you get these downloaded files?  If from Intuit, you need to Sign In  to your Account to activate TurboTax.  Here's more info on Starting TurboTax. 

If from a vendor, they should send you a link for installation (check your emails).

If one of the files in your Downloads is an .exe file, try clicking on that to install TurboTax and have the icon on your desktop.
