I haven't had any unearned income this year, but my taxes say I need to fill out a form 8615. I didn't need to fill one out last year, how do I remove it permanently?

Every time I delete the form and go through the process again, it keeps popping up. I think I may have mistakenly clicked an answer but I have no idea what. I didn't get any disaster aid, so I know it's not that.

You can delete Form 8615. You stated you did not have any disaster aid, so maybe you are referring to Form 8915?  I have listed the procedures for deleting a form below for the various TurboTax formats. 

TurboTax Online:

1. Open your return.
2. Click My Account > account, upper right corner
3. Select Delete a form.
4. Click Delete next to the form or schedule you want to delete and follow the instructions to remove the form/schedule.

TurboTax DeskTop:

1. Switch to Forms mode.
2. Select the form you want to remove, in the left pane.
3. Click the Delete Form button at the bottom of the window, when your form is shown in the right pane.
4. Follow any instructions to remove the form or forms.

Mac Instructions:

1. Switch to Forms mode.
2. Select the form you want to remove, in the left pane.
3. From the Forms menu, select "Remove [form name"].
4. Follow any on-screen instructions to remove the form or forms.
