I have two state returns to file this year. First one was free. Is it possible to preview the second state tax return before paying the fee?

I am able to preview the amount I would get for one state but not the second state. I want to preview this amount before committing any payment.

No, it is not. With the Windows/download program you pay for the state before you can download it.
