I have two different values listed for local income tax but both are listed under the same locality in box 20. It is registering as duplicates.. what should I do?

Should I just add the two values together? It will not let me submit on two different lines

Your Federal W-2 is showing two different values listed on two box 20's for the same locality.  

It is not necessarily incorrect.  What state and locality is it reporting?  Are you able to refer back to your monthly, weekly, bi-weekly paystubs to see whether this is a mistake or whether it needs to be corrected?
