I have tried several times to download updates. Each time I get an "Error 30" notice and told to contact Turbo tax. Then the computer lock up. What am I to do???

If TurboTax updates are hanging, a manual update should resolve the problem.

I bought the TurboTax 2019 CD from Costco, I installed it and working fine; TurboTax constantly updated and asking to update; every time updated, TurboTax asking to enter the Activation code until today, It revoked my license with error code "301" Because I download all 5 licenses. In fact I installed it into my computer only. I called the TurboTax support but they insisted that I had been used all my licenses and with no help . I will return to Costco and explain the issue.
