I have the turbo tax 2016 cd and I want to restart the whole filing process due to some entry errors I made. How do I do that?

Are you saying you want to start a new tax return from the beginning in your desktop software product?

If so, launch your desktop TurboTax program.

When the program opens, in the main screen click at the top left corner on the FILE menu and choose "New Tax Return."
