You should contact your former employer (I assume "former") and request a copy of your W-2. This would be by far the simplest solution.
The IRS requires you to make an effort to get your W-2. If your former employer refuses to send it to you, there are alternatives, but you can't do them until the end of February and you can show that you have to have tried to contact your employer as well as have called the IRS.
Please try to get the W-2 directly yourself.
