I have purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe but now find that my Mac computer does not have a slot to insert the disc. How do I start the program?

My Mac computer does not have a slot for the Turbo Tax disc. My problem is how do I get the disc into my computer so that I can do my taxes?

You have three basic options.

1. Return the CD to the store, and buy turbotax as a downloadable installer from a retailer such as Staples or Amazon.

2. Contact customer support, and ask them to put a download in your account after they verify you bought the CD by mistake.

3. Find or borrow another Mac with a CD drive, and copy the Turbotax installer to a USB flash drive, then use the flash drive to load the software to your own Mac.
