On the standard 1099-DIV form you'll find exempt interest dividends in box 10.
If you're looking at a consolidated 1099 from a brokerage -- which may have its own way of doing things -- start with the 1099-DIV section. If they don't use the conventional box numbers, then (assuming you received EE dividends) you may have to scan the entire section to hunt it down.
