I have money put into a TASC account before it is taxed for commuting and parking related to work. My employer put this in box 14. How would I label/classify this?

Choose "Other (not classified)" from the bottom of the drop down list for this entry.

Box 14 is used to report items that do not affect your federal tax return, so every possible entry is not listed, only the ones that affect your state return.
