I have lost my cd's for 2016 Business and Home and Business. i filed extensions and updated cd's in the spring. i had to replace my computer this summer can you help

Are you an Advantage customer with an annual subscription?    If so, you should already have complimentary downloads in your account.   You can retrieve at this link:

Otherwise, if you are not an Advantage member, here's how to contact TurboTax Support in regards to a lost CD to ask for a download:

Use the form at the link below to be assigned a phone number or schedule a callback. The number will not display when they are closed.  This time of year they are open 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Mon-Fri.

Did you purchase the CD's directly from TurboTax?
