I have lost confidence in Turbo Tax because an important form was missed last year and now I can't talk to anyone.

I am so sorry you had trouble inputting a form last year! All tax forms should be inputted and we want to help you. You can do a search inside the program to locate forms for entry.

The IRS has many possible deductions and credits which are in the program. Vehicles, homeowner, healthcare, education, work, health, investment and more. You can review the IRS website on deductions and credits . If any apply, go back through the Deductions and Credits section of TurboTax.
