I have "health care sharing ministry member" for health insurance. selected "NO" for "did you receive form 3895?" but its response change to YES whats wrong with this?

for the question of "Did you have health insurance coverage in 2020?"
i selected " i will pick which months i had it" and selected whole year
i am not sure why the answer keep changing from No to YES even though i selected NO

A "Health Care Sharing Ministry" is an exemption from the requirement to have health insurance, but is not considered health insurance itself. Don't select "I will pick...." and "whole year". Instead:

1. If you were a part of the health care sharing ministry for the whole year, on the Did you have health insurance coverage in 2020? screen, select I didn't have it at any point.
2. On the Did you have a situation that waives the tax penalty for being insured? screen, scroll down and select Health care sharing ministry member. 
3. Continue with the onscreen interview, until complete.
