I have foster kids I did not have in 2018, I will claim them in 2019 but I can’t file until the SSN gets assigned to the infant, how can I file without it or tell the irs I have 2 dependents for

I am sorry, you are required to include the social security number (SSN) of any dependent you claim as an exemption on your tax return.

The stimulus package is still pending final approval, but if you qualify for the payment, current information indicates that it will be sent to you based on either your 2018 or 2019 tax return information on file.
