I have been dinged by the IRS for omitting a 1099B for 2015. I have the deluxe version of turbo tax , what are my options?

You should be able to provide your updated investment information directly to the IRS (they should have sent you a notice on this) and correct the situation.  If the IRS didn't follow their normal process then you could always use the "Amended Return" feature of Turbo Tax.

I have the Deluxe version, will this work?  I saw info regarding Premier or Home & Business was needed

I haven't used Deluxe in a while but I think it should let you amend and/or enter your investment information if you are unable to work directly with the IRS.
