I have an LLC that I formed in 2018 that has modest deductible expenses and no income. Will the Premier Version work for me?

You may use the Premier Edition of TurboTax to file the return if you are a single member LLC, in which case you would file the return on Schedule C of your 1040 return.  If you have multiple LLC members, you will need to file the return using TurboTax Business. https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/
