If the email provider that
@cindydesilva uses retains the messages on its server (this may be an option but can be overwritten by the settings in Outlook unfortunately) the best step is to access the mail server through a browser and not Outlook if the mail server has a browser http access - for example, yahoo or gmail or a number of other mail servers.
