I have a soical security card from a pervious marraige and as of now i have my drivers licsence under my 2nd marraige and my e-file was rejected

In order to successfully e-file your return, you need to use the last name that the IRS currently has on file for your you, even if you have a different name on your driver's license.  In the last name field I suggest you put the last name from your social security, leave a space, and then your last name from your current driver's license.
