Which one i use? i entered all but it is telling me i have duplicates

You should only have one W-2 entry in TurboTax. The program has the option for you to enter multiple states and or localities, whereas the W-2 Form doesn't have that option. Therefore, they have to add the additional localities on separate pages of what is really the same W-2. Enter all the different localities on a separate line in the same W-2 entry in the program.
