One employer=One W2. Sometimes you'll get the different copies due to states and localities, but you only have 1 W2.

Combine everything in Turbo Tax as one W2.

List the federal information as it appears
List any state information for boxes 15-17
List the local information for boxes 18-20.

You combine everything in the 1 input screen.
