I have 2 lines listed on an single 1099-INT in box 1 - how do I report this?

One line type is "SVGS"; the second is "SVGS PROMO".  The "SVGS" line lists the amount of interest I earned on the account in box 1, while the "SVGS PROMO" line lists a promotional credit I received for signing up for the account in box 1.  At the bottom of the page, outside of box 1, it says "AMOUNT REPORTED TO IRS", and lists the total of 2 amounts/lines listed in box 1.  What do I enter when Turbo Tax asks for the amount listed in box 1 (as both amounts are listed as separate lines in box 1, and the "AMOUNT REPORTED TO IRS" lies outside of box 1)?

Enter the total amount reported to the IRS - from your details, it sounds like this would be the combined amounts/lines listed in box 1.
