I have 1099s and I was wondering what plan to I use to file?

It will depend on what kind of 1099's you have.

If you have 1099-R's you can use the Premier version online: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

If you have 1099-MISC you should use the self-employed version (online) or the Home and Business (downloaded): https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/ or for desktop: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
