What was the amount, and did the repayment occur in the same year as the bonus was paid, or in a different (future) year?

I had to return sign-on bonus to the previous company when I switched jobs. How do I show that ‘returned amount’ in my tax form?

It was around $11k. I received it in 2022 and returned it in 2023.
