I had a stock and it was bought out by another company, I received a payout. Can I use the Deluxe version?

I had stock in a company and it was bought out by another company.  They paid stockholders a $ amount for each share.  I did not reinvest the money, just put it in the bank.  Can I use Deluxe?

Not in the online version, no.  You have a stock sale there and online "Deluxe" doesn't handle stock sales.  You need to move up to Premier, or buy the desktop version of Deluxe, which does handle security sales.
